Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Pre-Sales Specialist

to join our growth team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle - from understanding client needs, building tailored proposals, and creating impactful presentations to collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a solid understanding of B2B sales, technology, and developer-focused marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective proposals and presentations.

Develop solution decks, RFP / RFQ responses, and pricing models for developer marketing and community engagement programs.

Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to create customized solutions.

Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

Support the sales process by handling client queries, technical clarifications, and pre-sales documentation.

Present solutions and ideas to clients alongside sales leads when required.

Maintain and update the repository of proposals, templates, and case studies.

Requirements

5 years of experience in a

pre-sales ,

solutions , or

client success

role — ideally in a

B2B tech ,

developer marketing , or

IT services

environment.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).

Understanding of developer ecosystems, hackathons, or tech community engagement is a plus.
