Presales Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned L&A Insurance Domain Consultant with strong presales and solutioning capabilities. This role will focus on driving strategic client engagements, crafting domain-led solutions, and supporting RFP / RFI responses for Life & Annuities customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, hands-on experience with policy administration systems, and a consultative mindset to enable business growth across the insurance vertical.

Job Title : Presales Solutions Architect

Experience : 15-24 years

Location : Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities :

Lead presales solutioning for L&A opportunities, including client workshops, assessments, and proposal development

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design domain-centric solutions aligned with client needs

Own and contribute to RFP / RFI responses, including solution architecture, domain narratives, and value propositions

Develop white papers, PoVs, and capability decks to showcase thought leadership in the L&A domain

Conduct client assessments and act as a functional SME during bid cycles

Support transition from presales to delivery, ensuring solution integrity and client satisfaction

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

Experience : 15+ years in insurance, with 10+ years in the Life & Annuity domain

Policy Admin Systems : Hands-on experience with FAST, ALIP, OIPA, DXC, FINEOS, and commissioning systems like P+, DSS, AMS, Callidus, VUE

Domain Expertise : Deep understanding of Life, Annuity, Retirement (Pension), and Employee Benefits

Strong grasp of business flows : new business, policy admin, billing, compliance, correspondence

Experience in policy data conversion, functional testing, and product configuration

Presales Exposure : Proven track record in supporting RFPs / RFIs, client workshops, and solution presentations

Techno-Functional Acumen : Awareness of automation, GenAI use cases, and digital transformation levers
