We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Resourcing Associate - Transformation

Principal Responsibilities

• Managing the data and end-to-end resourcing processes from approvals, through to onboarding, including regular reconciliation with Workforce Management / Anaplan and HR tools.
• Supporting stakeholders by analysing data from multiple sources to produce concise and focused analytics insights and providing robust, accurate data and evidence to support conclusions and recommendations.
• Find efficiencies in the way we operate and support the roll out of future technology solutions to create robust practices and efficiencies.
• Managing 3rd party vendor engagement and coordinating on / offboarding of resources across workstreams for various locations.
• Oversight of Contracts Procurement including accruals reporting – ensure proper procurement and management of contracts within agreed budgets, timescales and to required quality and performance standards i.e., CAP submissions and PSRs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders etc. Improve process efficiency and seek to drive costs down where appropriate.
• Supporting Leads in the development of talent and capability within CCM COO via People related initiatives – org design, location strategy, skills analysis, training and development strategies.Developing policies and procedures to ensure SLAs are met and risks minimized.
• Consult with stakeholders to determine business problems, data requirements and to support decision making.
• Develop and apply advanced analytics to support business processes, insights and decision making to drive performance, completeness and consistency.
