About the Role
We are looking for a Founders' Associate —a high-energy, highly organized individual who will work directly with our founding team to keep operations smooth, priorities clear, and execution sharp. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced startup at the intersection of aerospace, robotics, and AI.
As a Founders' Associate, you will be the operational right hand to the leadership team—handling research and documentation, scheduling, meeting preparation and project coordination. Your work will ensure the founders stay focused on the highest-impact priorities while you help manage the day-to-day operational rhythm of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Data Gathering
- Conduct targeted market, technology, and competitive research.
- Compile data and insights into concise reports for decision-making.
- Track industry trends relevant to UAVs, autonomy, and aerospace.
Documentation & Organization
Maintain organized company documents, presentations, and reports.Draft and proofread communications, proposals, and internal memos.Create process checklists and SOPs for recurring operational tasks.Founder Support & Scheduling
Manage founders' calendars, ensuring optimal use of their time.Schedule meetings, calls, and interviews across multiple time zones.Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.Special Projects
Assist in investor updates, fundraising documentation, and compliance.Take on ad-hoc projects to unblock founders and move initiatives forward.Support hiring by coordinating interviews and onboarding materials.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field (Aerospace, robotics or AI).0–2 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, consulting, or project coordination (startup experience a plus).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in productivity and AI tools (Zoho, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Preferred Qualifications
Passion for UAVs, robotics, or aerospace technology.Previous exposure to founders, executives, or C-level stakeholders.Experience with market research and presentation creation.Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Why Join Us
