Job Summary :
The Senior Associate – BPO Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for voice, non-voice, blended, and support roles within the BPO domain. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, ensuring quick closures, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO (voice & non-voice) positions.
- Understand job requirements and create detailed job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct telephonic screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit.Evaluate candidates for Voice / Non-Voice process suitability.Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and coordinate interviews.3. Candidate Management
Schedule interviews (telephonic, F2F, virtual) and ensure smooth communication.Conduct pre-joining formalities and documentation.Maintain strong follow-up to reduce dropouts and ensure timely closures.4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards.Ensure alignment with business goals and hiring timelines.5. Database & Reporting
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Prepare weekly / monthly hiring reports and performance metrics.Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance standards.Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience in BPO hiring (voice / non-voice, fresher & experienced).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good negotiation and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).Strong understanding of BPO hiring trends and market availability.Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
