Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)

Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments

Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring teams for further rounds

Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment drives

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status and metrics

Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
