Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Process Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in process design and engineering. The candidate will support engineering, design, and development of Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia projects across concept, FEED, and EPC phases. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and technically sound process deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the design and simulation of green hydrogen and green ammonia synthesis systems.
- Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and process calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil) for design alignment.
- Assist in the preparation of basic and detailed engineering packages.
- Support H&MB development, process datasheets, and line sizing activities.
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and risk assessments during various project stages.
- Interface with vendors for process packages like electrolyzer, compressors, ASUs, and ammonia synthesis units.
- Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting activities at project sites when required.
- Maintain documentation and revision control for all process deliverables.
- Conduct safety drills, hazard analysis, and preventive maintenance.
Key Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.2–3 years of relevant experience in process engineering within energy, chemical, or EPC sectors.Exposure to hydrogen, ammonia, syngas, or gas processing projects preferred.Familiarity with Aspen HYSYS, PRO II, or similar simulation tools.Basic understanding of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process safety.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Experience :
Experience in electrolyzer or ammonia plant design.Exposure to green hydrogen pilot / demo projects.
