Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Process Executive / Process Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and improvement, with a focus on driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement new process improvements and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process changes.
Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed documentation and reports on process performance and improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
