Collaborate with departments to meet production and business goals. Requires deep technical knowledge, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in engineering software. Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to boost productivity and reduce waste. Lead projects on process design, modification, and implementation. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO). Provide chemical engineering expertise for process optimization. Manage, train, and motivate engineering and operational teams. Analyze and report process performance metrics to senior management. Oversee budgets and allocate resources for process improvement initiatives. Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and process-related drawings. Resolve operational issues and implement best practices. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. 12–15 years of experience in process design and manufacturing in the chemical / plastics industry. Strong understanding of chemical and plastic manufacturing processes. Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry best practices. Proficiency in process modeling software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and control systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
