• Experience :  2-5years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role in the travel industry is preferred.
• Communication Skills :  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable).
• Sales Skills :  Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Technical Skills :  Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Customer Service :  Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
