Job Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, educating potential clients about our AI-powered health screening services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales for our health screening services.

Present the benefits of our AI-driven health screening services to individuals, explain pricing, and schedule appointments.

Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

Manage and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales progress.

Follow up on leads, track progress, and close sales.

Provide accurate information about the services offered, resolve customer inquiries, and address any concerns.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotions.

Maintain a positive attitude and offer excellent customer service.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales / customer service role.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Knowledge of healthcare services or AI technology is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
