Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our fast-paced technology firm. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships to drive business growth and ensure their utmost satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Learn the product and sit and solve the client issues / escalations on ground independently.
  • Handle all Gujarat accounts and responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the customers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and ensure all the products used by the client are working smoothly.
  • Ensure zero escalations and timely resolution + response. Professional email and communication ethics should be maintained.
  • Work with the clients on ground to understand their problems and provide possible solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering and contributing to the company's sales targets.
  • Connect with all right stakeholders and decision makers at the client's side.
  • CRM hygiene should be followed. (Updating meeting notes, key stakeholder information and all practices followed at organization level).
  • Monitor the system utilization regularly, identify signs which will impact the company’s revenue and communicate to the client and internal stakeholders. Right discussion should happen between the stakeholders regarding the same.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Gurgaon and pass the leads to the Sales team contributing to Business growth.
  • Should have thorough knowledge about the current revenue of the customers, commercial engagement and ongoing discussion and strategize how to grow the revenue in multiple fold from that client.
  • Meet customers in the office for all meetings except when it is with one person or two and the purpose is troubleshooting.
  • Multi tasking to handle multiple accounts at a time single handedly
