Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Pune. The Academic Counsellor will guide and advise students on educational opportunities, SAP programs, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel prospective students on SAP courses and career opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand students' educational and career goals.
• Guide students through the enrollment and admission process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled students.
• Collaborate with trainers and the academic team to ensure student satisfaction and progress.
• Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions.
