Our mentors don’t just teach — they guide, motivate, and track consistency to help students achieve their best outcomes.

Role Overview :

As a JEE Mentor , you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the preparation journey of JEE aspirants. You’ll be responsible for guiding students on daily study schedules, consistency, exam strategies, and motivation — not academic teaching or doubt solving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized mentorship to assigned JEE aspirants (via Telegram or video calls).
• Track students’ daily progress, schedules, and test performances.
• Identify learning patterns, procrastination issues, and provide actionable advice.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and ensure accountability.
• Communicate effectively with both students and the Mentor Prep management team.
• Maintain high empathy, discipline, and consistency in mentorship delivery.

Compensation :

Salary : ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and communication skills)

Work Mode : On site (Pune)

Full-time | 6 Days a Week
