Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Architect, design, and deliver high-performing Salesforce solutions across both Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user experience goals.
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Build solutions optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, maintainable Apex code, LWC components, Flow automation, and integrations.
- Define and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and reusable components to support platform scalability and consistency.
- Drive technical planning and roadmap development for Salesforce architecture, with a strong emphasis on agent lifecycle, service resolution, and compliance use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), analysts, product owners, and service leaders to deliver capabilities that streamline agent workflows and accelerate sales velocity.
- Lead peer reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Proactively evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases to recommend innovations that advance platform maturity.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.Work Experience :
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Apex, Lightning, Visualforce development.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency :
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, data modleing, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.Required experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities.Familiarity in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing required.
Proven experience working on complex codebases and addressing technical debt and performance issues.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and optimization techniques.Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.Drive technical design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Maintain a high standard of documentation, testing, and deployment processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.Experience working with Agile methodology.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce certifications such as , Platform Developer II , Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, Application or / and System Architect.Experience with CI / CD and DevOps tools ( Copado).Proficient with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with integration patterns and tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).(ref : hirist.tech)
