About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, and will be responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating applications that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, approval processes, and reports.
  • Implement and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintainability.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality and ensure system security compliance.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements to maximize platform value.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in REST / SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative configuration (flows, process builder, security model, sharing rules).
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL / SOSL, and deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, Salesforce CLI, or Copado).
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II / Integration Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), CPQ, or Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and version control (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Experience in test automation within Salesforce
