About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions for various client and internal projects. This role demands deep technical expertise in RPA tools, process analysis, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to deliver scalable and robust automation solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath or other automation platforms.
• Create detailed solution and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical feasibility analysis.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability.
• Ensure best practices are followed for security, logging, and bot management.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new RPA tools, and emerging technologies.
