The Creative Strategist will be the bridge between strategy, content, and performance, responsible for leading creative directions, scripting high-converting UGC ads, and managing influencer-driven campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on understanding consumer psychology, spotting trends, and crafting formats that go viral.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy
- Develop and brief paid media creatives across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Research competitors and trends to propose new ad angles and creative formats
- Build moodboards and swipe files to guide the creative + design team
2. Scripting & UGC
Write UGC ad scripts tailored for different funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF)Identify and adapt viral ad formats for client campaignsCollaborate with editors and designers to turn scripts into winning creatives3. Influencer Campaigns
Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer campaigns for D2C brandsCreate influencer briefs and ensure deliverables meet campaign goalsManage timelines, approvals, and content delivery4. Social Media Strategy
Oversee content planning and execution across platformsDevelop content calendars and campaign concepts aligned with growth goalsAnalyze social media performance and refine strategies based on dataRequirements
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, content, or growth roles in agenciesStrong background in D2C brands and eCommerce-focused campaignsProven ability to script UGC ads and drive measurable campaign resultsHands-on experience with social media management and content planningGood design sense + ability to guide designers and editors on ad templatesFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Foreplay, MidJourney, Canva, etc.) for creative ideationWhy Join Us
