Job description8–12 years of overall Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud . Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in BFSI or Manufacturing domains (preferably enterprise scale). Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, Experience Builder . Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP / Core Banking / Insurance / MES via MuleSoft or other middleware. Solid understanding of Security & Compliance frameworks (RBI, ISO, Data Residency etc.). Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator certification (mandatory); Application / System Architect certifications (preferred). Experience working in Agile / Scrum and onsite-offshore delivery models. Salesforce CTA (highly desirable) Exposure to Vlocity / Salesforce Industries , Gearset / Copado , and Data Migration tools (ETL, Dataloader) Experience working with Indian enterprise customers (Tier-1 cities / regulated environments) Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset

Role Overview
As a Salesforce Architect , you will drive end-to-end architecture and technical design for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and provide technical leadership through presales, discovery and delivery phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Sales Cloud , Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Engage with client business / IT stakeholders, BAs and delivery teams to define architecture and technical roadmap.
- Design data models , integration patterns (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware) and security frameworks aligned to BFSI and Manufacturing industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership during presales, discovery workshops and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best-practices, governance, code quality and platform limits.
- Guide development teams during build & deployment phases and conduct design / code reviews and performance tuning.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features and product roadmaps.
