About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) to lead high-impact implementations, provide strategic technical guidance, and ensure best-in-class Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with architectural vision to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and define scalable Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and FSL.
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, future-ready solutions.
• Lead integration architecture with ERP and third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and enforce security compliance.
• Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce standards and architecture principles.
