Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect who can lead complex Salesforce implementations and provide technical leadership across projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Integrations, and Deployments, with the ability to manage complex data and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This is a leadership role requiring strong problem-solving, design, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications.
• Oversee deployment processes and ensure quality, reliability, and best practices.
• Handle complex data models and large-scale data migration projects.
• Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability across the Salesforce ecosystem.
