Collaborate directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements and define Salesforce architectural solutions.
Design scalable and robust Salesforce implementations with a deep understanding of platform limits, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring code quality, design best practices, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
Provide hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex development.
Design and implement integration solutions using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external systems.
Lead and execute deployment activities including version control, pull request management, and post-deployment validation.
Work independently on user stories and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QEs, and business analysts.
Support testing and defect resolution in collaboration with the QA team.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud is highly :
4+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
Proven hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflow automation.
Experience with CI / CD tools, source control (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales / Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
