Private Dining Chef

We have an urgent opening for Chef / Continental Chef for our reputed client based in Kenya.

Position - Chef for the Directors Residence.

Job location : Nairobi ( Kenya ).

Note : Chef need to know Veg and Non veg Gujarati cuisine, cuisine generally. Mughlai, Rajasthani, etc Chinese, Thai, continental, Italy and Mexican.

Should know from starter to desserts.

He would need to know how to prepare a menu when entertaining - needs to know how to make canaps if its a cocktail, buffet if its a large crowd, and sit down for a small crowd, know how to arrange and display the food, plating, etc. He should be hands on and be prepared to also go shopping for ingredients, come back and prep and cook for the meal.
