About Indulge Creamery :

Indulge Creamery is Bandra's newest premium café, built around creative ice cream sundaes, small-batch baked goods, and all-day brunch. Our menu features gourmet sandwiches, elevated burgers, and modern egg dishes that rival the city's top independent cafes. Set for multi-city expansion, our 20-seater flagship uses a fully electric live kitchen and base production facility.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Support the CDP in daily station prep and live service on hot / cold / sweet lines.
• Assemble and fire gourmet sandwiches, burgers, open-faced brunch dishes, and ice cream sundaes.
• Rotate between breakfast, brunch, sandwich, and dessert stations to expand skills.
• Maintain HACCP compliance : food safety, labeling, fridge logs, and sanitation.
• Assist in prepping breads, baked goods, and bulk ingredients at the base kitchen.
• Help manage stock rotation and support record-keeping for team efficiency.
• Proactively learn and upskill through kitchen walk-throughs, tastings, and trials.

Requirements :

Location : Bandra, Mumbai

Salary : ₹24,000–27,000 per month (based on experience).
