We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Global Business Services (GBS) department as the Group Lead, GBS - Strategy & Execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the GBS organization. As a trusted advisor to the Head of GBS, the Group Lead will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the effective execution of GBS's mission and objectives. This role will also be responsible for building the strategy for Landlord teams in our GCCs and aligning with business functions on ways of working and partnering with GBS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Collaborate with the Head of GBS to develop and implement the department's strategic plan, aligning with the company's overall business objectives using the OKR framework.
- Establish the 1Y (1-Year) and 3Y (3-Year) planning routines.
- Management System :
- Oversee GBS's overall management routine in line with Kraft Heinz Management Systems (KHMS).
- Ensure GBS-wide management routines are in place, such as Monthly MPR, Quarterly OKR review, Stakeholder Reviews, Finance MPR, and Business Value KPI tracking.
- Supplier Performance Management :
- Ensure the right contractual governance is in place across GBS, tracking SLAs, Credits, and D&Os for key supplier contracts.
- Target Setting and Management :
- Responsible for yearly MBO (Management by Objectives) setting across GBS and establishing a management routine to track and monitor MBOs.
- Project Management :
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional GBS-wide support projects and initiatives.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, driving results, and ensuring timely completion.
- Landlord Model Governance :
- Establish and manage the Landlord model governance.
- GBS Communication Strategy & Implementation :
- Develop and implement an internal communication strategy for GBS, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- GBS Branding :
- Manage the internal branding strategy for GBS, including OKR socialization and the internal brand build-up.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.Experience :Proven experience in a strategic planning or business operations role, focusing on developing and implementing departmental or organizational strategies.Experience in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, with a proven track record of driving results and meeting deadlines.Experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, teams, and external partners.Familiarity with management systems and routines, including OKR framework, MPR, and KPI tracking.Experience in supplier performance management, contract governance, and SLA management.Project management experience, focused on driving results and ensuring timely completion.Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment.Familiarity with Kraft Heinz's management systems and routines (KHMS).Experience with branding and internal communications.Skills Required
