Positions : Group Manager (PKI&DSC)

Grade : GITCE – 07

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : 10-15 Years (1 month notice period preferable)

Location : GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Position Objective :

To lead the PKI Business Vertical by driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) guidelines, and achieving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and channel development across India.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the PKI Business Vertical with full accountability for operational and sales performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to CCA regulations, audit requirements, and internal compliance protocols.
  • Oversee day-to-day PKI operations, including certificate lifecycle management, process control, and service quality.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across PAN India to expand business reach.
  • Drive B2B and B2G sales to achieve defined revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales, performance metrics, and operational efficiency to management.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team to meet business goals.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Operations, preferably in Digital Security, PKI, or IT Security domains.
  • Strong understanding of CCA regulations and PKI technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
