Technical Consultant - Infor Process Automation

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant - Infor Process Automation (IPA) to support the design, development, and deployment of automated workflows and integrations within the Infor ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Infor IPA, Infor OS , and a strong understanding of Infor CloudSuite , especially in automating business processes across functional domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement business process flows using Infor Process Automation (IPA).
• Analyze business requirements to build automated workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to identify automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy IPA flows for tasks such as approvals, notifications, data validation, and integration triggers.
• Integrate IPA with Infor Landmark, Lawson, M3, ION , and third-party applications.
• Configure Infor OS components such as ION, Document Management, and Homepages as part of automation solutions.
• Perform unit testing , documentation, and post-deployment support for IPA flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IPA and workflow automation.
• Ensure adherence to Infor best practices , security standards, and governance policies.
