About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining automation bots, especially in the SAP environment, and will be responsible for supporting production systems, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth bot deployment and operation.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, deploy, and maintain automation bots using Automation Anywhere platform.
Provide production support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of automation workflows.
Monitor bot performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize automation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
Manage bot deployment schedules and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain documentation of automation processes, workflows, and issue resolution steps.
Apply best practices in bot development and adhere to security and compliance standards.
Specifically support SAP automation initiatives, leveraging expertise in SAP systems integration.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of automation bots to ensure quality and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Automation Anywhere and related RPA technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere development.

Proven expertise in production support and resolving automation-related issues.

Strong proficiency in bot deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Demonstrated experience with SAP automation and understanding of SAP processes.

Ability to work in a strictly office-based environment with flexible shift timings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
