Role Overview :

This role combines technical depth in applied optimization with the ability to understand and collaborate with customers directly. We seek a problem solver with strong expertise in operations research to design and implement large-scale optimization pipelines for customer use cases.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy optimization models (LP, MIP, heuristics, constraint programming) for complex real-world problems.
• Build scalable optimization pipelines with Gurobi and Python.
• Work closely with customers to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate findings and model outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with research in operations research and optimization methods.
