SAP Techno-Functional Analyst - Marketing Solutions

Job Summary :

Client need a hands-on techno-functional consultant with proven experience in implementing SAP Emarsys or similar marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign management, and customer engagement. Ability to read and debug code and strong integration experience with SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party system integrations.

Client will also consider a candidate with very strong SAP Marketing Cloud experience.

Experience :

• Configure and implement SAP Emarsys modules to meet business requirements.
• Ensure integration with SAP ERP, CRM, and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to capture functional needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide hands-on support for data mapping, API integrations, and system connectivity.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging during implementation and post-go-live.
• Develop and execute test plans for functional and technical scenarios.
• Ensure data accuracy and system performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
