About the Role
Tonic Worldwide is looking for a Paid Media champion to lead strategy, execution, and innovation across key client portfolios. With 8–10 years of experience, you’ll bring deep expertise in Google, Meta, Programmatic, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, while shaping how clients achieve growth through paid media. You’ll lead a small but efficient team, manage senior client relationships, and ensure every rupee invested delivers impact.
This is a leadership role where you’ll balance hands-on media expertise with mentorship and business accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Leadership : Own the vision and execution of paid media across Google, Meta, Programmatic, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Translate client objectives into measurable, ROI-driven campaigns.
- Revenue & Growth Ownership : Drive account profitability and growth by identifying upsell opportunities, scaling media investments responsibly, and aligning strategies with client business outcomes.
- Campaign Excellence : Lead end-to-end campaign management — planning, execution, optimization, and reporting — ensuring best-in-class efficiency, creativity, and performance.
- Analytics & Measurement : Partner with analytics and tech teams to implement advanced measurement solutions, attribution models, and privacy-ready strategies. Use data to guide decisions and keep campaigns future-proof.
- Process & Efficiency : Build and enforce playbooks, workflows, and operating standards that ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency across accounts. Spot bottlenecks early and resolve them quickly.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and upskill a small but high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Client Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, turning data and insights into clear, actionable strategies. Strengthen relationships by delivering clarity, confidence, and results.
- Industry Representation : Represent Tonic Worldwide at client pitches, industry panels, and award submissions. Establish the agency’s reputation as a leader in paid media innovation.
- Resilience & Problem-Solving : Bring structure and calm to high-pressure campaign environments. Maintain trust with clients while ensuring the team delivers under tight deadlines.

3 Months : Strong understanding of client portfolios, team strengths, and campaign frameworks. Early improvements in efficiency and reporting.6 Months : Established trust with clients, sharper team performance, and measurable improvements in campaign ROI. 8–10 years of proven Paid Media / Performance Marketing experience, with large-scale budget ownership and strong ROI track record.Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, CM360, Programmatic DSPs, and GA4.Experience integrating advanced measurement frameworks, attribution models, and marketing automation into client solutions.Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and scaling small teams into high-performing units.Sharp business acumen — able to connect media metrics to client P&L impact and confidently handle senior conversations.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence both internal teams and senior client stakeholders.Hunger to innovate — comfortable testing, learning, and pushing paid media beyond “business as usual.”Why Join Us
