Role Overview :
We are looking for a Social Media Head to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role is both strategic and hands-on, you will guide the social media team, set the direction for content and campaigns, and ensure we stay ahead of trends that drive brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify trends, audience insights, and platform updates to recommend relevant campaigns.
- Plan content calendars and campaign roadmaps with a focus on growth, engagement, and conversions.
Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and manage the social media and content team.Allocate tasks, set clear KPIs, and review performance regularly.Foster creativity, accountability, and collaboration across the team.Campaigns & Content :
Recommend and oversee creative campaigns tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).Work with the creative team to ensure high-quality visuals, copy, and storytelling.Experiment with reels, trends, and influencer collaborations to maximize reach.Analytics & PerformanceTrack performance metrics, audience growth, and engagement.Prepare regular reports and insights for management.Adjust strategy based on data-driven insights.CollaborationWork closely with design and video team to align messaging.Coordinate with external partners (influencers, agencies, media).Skills & Experience :
