This vertical will serve as a creator-first hub, enabling brands, platforms, and production ecosystems to seamlessly engage with grassroots creators across genres, languages, and platforms.

This is more than an influencer play — it's a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Social Media Head to build and manage the social identity for CreatorFlux. This role requires a social media strategist with deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, digital culture, and audience engagement techniques, preferably someone who is a nano / micro creator themselves or someone who has a proven track record of building the social identity for a start-up. You will be responsible for managing all social handles, growing community engagement, building platform-native content strategies, and driving visibility and relevance for CreatorFlux across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Own the content and growth strategy for all CreatorFlux social media handles & accounts of talent managed by the Company (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars, campaigns, and creator collaborations.
• Design platform-native content strategies to drive engagement and reach.

Brand Voice & Community Building
