GROUP HEAD | BRAND SOLUTIONS
About the Role
At The Content Lab, we believe great work sits at the intersection of insight, imagination, and impact. We're looking for a Group Head – Brand Solutions to help us push that belief forward—someone who brings clarity, energy and fresh thinking to the table.
This role is equal parts strategy, creativity, and business acumen. You’ll lead a team of four and work closely with internal partners across creative, media, SEO, and production to deliver smart, end-to-end solutions.
What You’ll Do :
Strategy & Storytelling
- Build sharp, insight-led strategies for some of our key accounts and projects.
- Use research, audience behaviour, and cultural cues to help shape strong narratives
- Lead internal workshops and brainstorms to develop new approaches and ideas
Client & Business Leadership
Own the performance and growth of your client set—across delivery, billing, and relationship managementBuild quarterly business plans and track revenue, invoicing, and collectionsSpot opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and smarter solutionsTeam Leadership & Process Thinking
Manage and mentor a team of 4 to help them think sharper, move faster, and work betterBring new processes and tools into play to improve workflows and outputIntegrate smart uses of AI across planning, research, and reportingPitches & New Business
Lead or co-lead pitch strategy and storytelling—turning briefs into opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to grow The Content Lab’s impactWhat We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in digital account management, brand strategy, or client servicing—preferably in a digital-first agency or content studio.Experience managing teams and leading strategic conversations with clientsSomeone who enjoys the messy middle of planning, problem-solving, and executionComfortable with billing and revenue tracking—not just the thinking, but the numbers tooFamiliarity with tools like Google Trends, Semrush, Google Analytics, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notion AIExcellent writing and communication skills—both for clients and for your teamA curious, collaborative mindset that balances ambition with empathy
