Position Overview

We seek a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining records as well as new recruitments. This position requires a sound documentation as well as record maintainenance background combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The vacancy is for Mumbai region at Andheri West.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities — posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.

Maintain attendance, leave, and time management data.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).

Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and redirect to senior HR staff when needed.

Support the organization and coordination of HR initiatives, training sessions, and events.

Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and HR operations.

Qualifications

Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the related field.

Experience : Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Travel : Willingness to travel within multiple locations on a routine basis to collaborate & network with team members.
