We’re looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join our People & Culture team and gain hands-on experience in all facets of Human Resources.

Role Overview :

As an HR Intern , you’ll work closely with the HR team on various functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and daily HR operations. This role offers valuable exposure to real-world HR processes within a reputed beauty brand environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment and selection – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Support in onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases .
• Coordinate employee engagement activities , celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
• Help in preparing HR letters, reports, and policy documents.
• Assist in attendance management and leave tracking.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the company’s People & Culture initiatives .
