Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual3. Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual4. Responsible to handle enquiries through – Walk in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & TravelAgents5. Ensure that customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & cost6. Responsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAs7. To maintain query turnaround time as per SOP8. Initiate telesales calls for follow ups & closure of sales bookings9. Responsible to coordinate with service team for post-sale process10. Maintain Daily Sales Report11. Responsible to maintain their enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and to regularlysend emails on new offers12. Responsible to maintain Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire customerinteraction13. Adhere to company policy and systems14. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections15. Ensure minimal risk related exposure for the organization by doing all necessary duediligence.16. Ensure compliance to systems and process as per audit requirement.17. Ensuring Business Losses are reduced.18. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner.19. Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensuring repeatbusiness opportunities20. Understanding the market and gaining competition insights and accordingly changing plansand strategy.Travel Sales, Leisure Travel, Minimum experience : 2 years in salesSkills- Strong destination knowledge, client handling, retail sales.
