Manage people related metrics such as shrinkage , attrition by driving employee.
Daily follow-ups on pending cases to maximize conversions
Experience in Inbound call centre operations / KPIs
Resolving service issues impacting Portfolio.
Update feedback trails on system wherever required & sending daily reports to the concerned reporting head.
To effectively manage customer related issues
Call calibration & call quality monitoring
Relevant call centre experience must
Candidate who can speak English, Tamil along with any one regional language (Hindi / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada)
