Key Responsibilities :
labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations .
HR recruitment team , oversee job postings on
job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) , and ensure timely hiring.
payroll processing, salary structures, and HRMS application implementation and maintenance.
performance appraisal systems , foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
employee relations , resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
pay plans, benefits programs, and employee welfare initiatives .

HR operations, recruitment, and compliance .
