Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Specialist to manage key HR operations, support talent acquisition, and contribute to a positive organizational culture. You will play a vital role in building a strong team and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking

Facilitate training, induction, and employee engagement activities

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Handle employee grievances and support performance review processes

Coordinate with internal departments for manpower planning

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance

Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and HR software

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Organized, proactive, and a good team player
