Job description

We are looking for an energetic and versatile HR Manager to support our growing team of 30+ employees. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, and core HR operations, while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities :

Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage HR operations including payroll, compliance, and policies.
Drive employee engagement and team culture initiatives.
Support performance reviews and career development.

Requirements :

2–5 years of HR experience.

Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership.
