We have urgent requirement for Executive / Sr Executive / Manager- Human Resource in Jaipur location.
Designation : Sr. Executive / Associate Manager / Manager- Human Resource
Location : Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Handle exit formalities for outgoing employees in a professional manner.
- Develop HR strategies and policies to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to human resources.
- Leave and Attendance Management.
- Employee Grievances ,Handling Documentation of new Joiner.
