Job Summary

At AstraZeneca, our HR team is at the heart of driving a high-performing, people-first culture. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a strategic role in enabling business success by shaping and delivering impactful HR solutions. Reporting into the HR Vice President or Senior HRBP, this role is accountable for partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues globally to drive transformation, improve performance, and embed AstraZeneca's people agenda.

You will influence strategic workforce decisions, lead change, and support talent initiatives while ensuring alignment with AZ's global HR policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into people and organization priorities
• Contribute to and influence the development of functional HR plans aligned with AZ's long-term objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and collaborate closely with global HRBPs
