Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Admin Executive . The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks and preparing management reports using MS Excel and other tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports on a regular basis.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support the HR / Admin team in office operations and coordination tasks.
- Handle basic data entry and report generation in Excel.
- Manage inventory, stationery, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Required Skills
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas, Data Handling)Good communication and coordination skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Eagerness to learn and adapt.Qualification
