That's what we do at Tour Crafts.

We're not another OTA pushing generic packages. We're a Jaipur-based travel startup (incubated at Bhamashah Techno Hub ) that operates on one simple philosophy : Your journey, our craft.

Every trip we design is handcrafted. Personalized. Stitched together like puzzle pieces. We've served 500+ travelers , earned a 64+ Google NPS , and built a reputation on trust, transparency, and follow-through.

Now, we're scaling — and we need Sales Executives who don't just want a job, but a mission .

🧭 The Role : Sales Executive – Travel Sales

This isn't telemarketing. This isn't cold calling strangers who hang up on you.

You'll handle qualified inbound leads from travelers who are already excited — they just need someone to understand their dream and bring it to life.

Your day looks like this :

  • A couple from Indore reaches out : "We want a romantic 7-day Kerala escape, but we're vegetarians and need Ayurveda-friendly stays."
  • A family in Jaipur wants a Ladakh adventure : "Our kid is 8 years old — what's realistic and safe?"
  • A group of friends planning Goa : "We're on a budget but don't want to compromise on vibes."

You listen. You craft. You customize. You convert.

And when they return from their trip and say, "This was the best holiday of our lives" — that's your win.

💼 What You'll Actually Do :

✅ Handle 150–300 qualified leads / month (post-CRM automation)

✅ Propose & customize itineraries across Andaman, Kerala, J&K, Ladakh, Sikkim, UAE, Bhutan & more

✅ Maintain structured follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, email & CRM

✅ Collaborate with operations & vendor teams for seamless trip execution

✅ Hit monthly targets : 15–20 confirmed bookings | ₹7.5–15L revenue contribution

Performance Benchmarks (Industry-Standard) :

  • Lead-to-proposal : 45–50%
  • Raw lead-to-booking : 3–7%
  • You won't be micromanaged. You'll own your pipeline, your outcomes, and your growth.

    You're a fit if :

  • You've done 0–2 years in B2C sales (travel, edtech, fintech, hospitality, real estate — we care about drive , not pedigree)
  • You're confident on calls, WhatsApp, and email — and you know how to listen before you pitch
  • You're fluent in English + Hindi , with a persuasive yet empathetic tone
  • You're comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel, WhatsApp Business
  • You have a hunger to learn , not just earn. (If you come from a financially sound background and want to build skills over quick money, you're exactly who we want.)
  • You value ownership, professionalism, and teamwork over office politics

    💰 What You'll Earn (Transparent Breakdown) :

    Base Salary : ₹20,000–₹30,000 / month

    Incentives : ₹300–₹500 per confirmed booking

    Quarterly Bonus : ₹5,000 (on meeting conversion + NPS goals)

    Total Earning Potential : ₹25,000–₹40,000 / month

    Location : Bhamashah Techno Hub, Sansthan Path, Jhalana Gram, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

    Work Type : On-site, 6 days / week (Monday off)

    Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

    Interview Window : 20th–25th November 2025

    Joining Date : 1st December 2025
