Job descriptionSales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Analysis. Negotiation, Communication, Trend Analysis, Retail Management, Sales Training. Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Reports preparation and management. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities. Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Ranging from Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000 / - (Negotiable as per Experience, Knowledge and performance in interview) + benefits.

Work Experience and Educational qualification : -
- Minimum 2-3 years of Sales and Business Development, Marketing Strategies, Team Handling experience with a focus on the Garments Division.
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
