Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Should have knowledge of LinkedIn
- Draft customized, high-quality proposals to attract new clients.
- Manage client communication, negotiations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Education Qualifications :
MBA and Relevant field.Required Skills :
