Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Allahabad. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple branches in the designated area. Key tasks include managing a team, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, monitoring the financial performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business targets. The Area Manager will also facilitate training and development programs for staff, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
