About Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking experienced recruiters who can work full-cycle on various healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals PTs, OTs, STs, and administrative staff.

Key Skills & Experience Required :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, either in-house or through an agency, is necessary.

Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements is essential.

Familiarity with PRN / contract staffing models is also required.
