• Lead implementation and configuration of global benefits across large organizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
• Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and vendor integrations.
• Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills. Strong technical knowledge of global benefits systems and experience working with HR, Finance, IT and third-party vendors is essential.
