Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.

Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Job Posting : Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with the company's hiring requirements.

Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Offer Management : Prepare job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between candidates and the team's needs.

Candidate Database Management : Maintain and update candidate profiles and records in the recruitment database.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, industry best practices, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement.

Compliance : Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Proactive approach with a strong ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
